DIRECTIONS: 8 ml (1.5 teaspoon) two times daily in the morning and afternoon preferably on empty stomach or before the meals or as directed by your health care provider. Shake before use as sedimentation may occur. This product can be diluted with water or natural fruit juice. If pregnant, nursing or taking medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed recommended daily serving.
