Returns & Refund Policy

 

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for new, unopened, and unused products. The return window is 14 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping Costs
We cover all return shipping costs. You are not required to pay for return postage.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns.

Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Note: For items manufactured by third parties and resold by us, do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Return it to the address listed above.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate apparel
  • Sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Order Cancellations
Orders submitted online are processed immediately and generally cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, you may need to wait until delivery and then initiate a return under the policy described above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If accepted, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (or alternative form of payment as determined appropriate) within 10 business days, less the 15% restocking fee.

General
If you do not meet the return conditions (unused, unopened, within 14 days), we reserve the right to refuse the return, reject the item, or impose additional conditions at our discretion.
